Treatment often includes nutritional counselling, lifestyle counselling, botanical medicine, acupuncture, and physical medicine.

With a patient-centered approach in mind, it is encouraged for patients to be as involved in their health care as much as possible and therefore ask as many questions needed. Naturopathic Doctors are also trained to understand how to treat conditions while working in collaboration with your health care team and current treatment regimens, including medications.


Dr. Adriane Alexander is a Naturopathic Doctor with an interest in mental health, reproductive health, metabolic health, weight management, hormonal health, and digestive health. Dr. Adriane’s approach includes nutritional counselling and supplementation, botanical medicine, acupuncture, cupping, stress management, and lifestyle counselling. Her appointments incorporate investigative work to determine the root cause of your health concern, which can include blood work, physical exams, and additional testing. You will be provided with a comprehensive treatment plan and regular follow up visits to address your health goals.

Dr. Adriane holds an Honours Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from York University and a Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine. Laura graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Everest College in 2008. In over her 10+ years of practice, she’s worked in multiple settings alongside a variety of practitioners including naturopaths, chiropractors, osteopaths, psychotherapists, and personal trainers. Laura has gained valuable knowledge through both her established healthcare network and her extensive experience allowing a holistic, well rounded perspective to client care and overall wellbeing.

Laura works with her clients to provide a treatment that meets a balance of their immediate and ongoing health goals. She has completed her training in the Hip Complex (part 1), is Certified in Dry Needling, and has taken courses on the Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ). Naam believes in integrating manual therapy, modalities and therapeutic exercise for effective rehabilitation.

Sadaf’s approach to physiotherapy is to focus on each client’s individual goals. From returning to sport, to achieving a new personal best at the gym, or being able to play with your kids on the ground, Sadaf will tailor the treatment to your goals.

She graduated with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy in 2016. She combines her education and experience with a compassionate and holistic approach. This approach has proven to be effective for both orthopedic and neurological injuries and conditions. Before becoming a physiotherapist, Sadaf worked as an Exercise Physiologist and aimed to promote healthy lifestyles through an evidence-based approach. Approaching almost two decades of professional practice, Amelia Labog continues to dedicate her work through the delivery of skillful and advanced techniques in manual and massage therapy. Her experiences expanded into the profession as a teaching instructor, mentor, practice consultant, subject matter expert, and additionally working with the provincial regulatory body, The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Over the years, she has primarily worked within the multidisciplinary sector, focusing on the delivery of safe, effective treatment, pain management and educating in prevention. Her current passion is the pursuit of continued training in traditional Thai massage, travelling when possible to its deeply rooted heritage in Thailand.

Soraia has over 10 year experience working in the fitness and health field. While working as a fitness trainer for youth athletes she wanted to do more for those experiencing pain and recovering from injury, so she decided to further her education and pursue a career in health care. She became an RMT in 2016 and has combined her knowledge and passion of exercise and movement in her treatments. Soraia is no stranger to the rehab process, having gone through 3 knee surgeries herself. After graduating York University with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, she wanted to pursue a more fulfilling career where she would be able to work closely with clients while having the opportunity to educate them about the importance of health and activity. Sahil is a Resident Physiotherapist and has obtained his Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University in 2023. His passion for physiotherapy and movement stems from his background as a university varsity tennis player, and his own personal experiences of physiotherapy as an athlete. Sahil understands the importance of rehab and its impact not only on pain, but overall function. With a patient-centered approach, Sahil combines his manual therapy skills and strong emphasis on active-based rehab to help treat and manage a wide range of sports, orthopedic, and chronic pain conditions.

Sahil has completed his level 1 certification in soft tissue release, and will be pursuing other manual therapy courses to complement his treatment approach.

Eric is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Neuroscience at Brock University, where he played on the Varsity Men’s Soccer Team for five years. To follow, he is currently training for triathlons, where he’s completed the Muskoka Half Ironman, and plans to do a full distance ironman in the future. His experience in the weight room and training gave him a deep appreciation of lifting/running mechanics, human anatomy and injury prevention, which steered him into a career in massage therapy.
